Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins on your project. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. We now accept all major credit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal and Manual Payment options. If you prefer manual payments, CashApp and Venmo are also available. Please complete your payment immediately after placing your order to confirm your booking.
Revisions:
To ensure your satisfaction, please provide detailed instructions regarding your project (including fonts, color schemes, themes, etc.). Each project includes up to three revisions at no additional charge. Subsequent revisions will incur a fee of $20 per revision. If your revisions involve substantial changes to the original design, a new design purchase will be necessary.
Turnaround Time:
The turnaround time for most projects is 4-8 days. For website design, the turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks. Branding packages require 3-4 weeks to complete. If you require expedited service, rush fees are available on the website; however, rush service is not applicable for website design or branding packages.
**Please note that the turnaround time only begins once all necessary information is received.**
Project Modifications:
Once the final design is delivered, no further changes can be made to the project. The three included revisions should cover any adjustments needed. For any additional changes beyond this point, a new project invoice will be required.
Use of Designs:
By working with us, you agree that we may showcase your design projects on our social media platforms for promotional purposes.
